Why do I pay a 3% surcharge when using my credit card to make payment?
3% is the fee we pay to the credit card company in order to accept your payment by credit card. Our popular silver bullion products have a gross margin of $1 to $1.20 over the price of silver. With silver trading around $35 an oz, 3% represents $1.05. Obviously we can’t absorb this and so we have to pass it along to you. If you pay by check, money order or bank wire transfer this 3% surcharge is waived.
How long will it take you to ship my items?
We do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days. However, we ask that you allow up to 15 business days. Please remember that we hold all checks and money orders for 10 business days from the date of deposit before we release the order for shipment. It then takes another 1 – 3 business days to ship your items. A tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.

We have to give your name and address to Federal Express or the United States Post Office to ship and or insure your product. But we do not sell to list brokers etc.
