Three coins struck in .750 copper and .250 nickel bonded to an inner core of 1.000 copper.

1979, 1980, and 1981 Susan B. Anthony Dollars from the San Francisco Mint.

Coins are delivered in a custom coin wallet with a Certificate of Authenticity.

The Anthony Dollar was first minted in 1979 and was Americas first small-size Dollar coin.

It was also the first circulating coin to feature an identifiable woman.

It depicts Susan B. Anthony (1820-1906), the womans rights pioneer whose work led to the 19th Amendment to the Constitution that assures women the right to vote.

The reverse is an adaptation of the official Apollo 11 mission patch;  it shows an American eagle landing on the moon, with the Earth above its head.

In 1979, 1980, and 1981, the coin was struck for circulation (i.e. business strikes) at San Francisco.

These were last three business strike coins ever made at the San Francisco Mint.

Each coin bears the S mint mark on the obverse, on the left side just above Anthonys shoulder.

The San Francisco Mint generally stopped making coins for circulation in 1955.

After that date, it made coins almost exclusively for U.S. Proof Sets. 

It also made Lincoln Pennies for circulation until 1974.

This set includes the three S mint Anthony Dollars made as business strikes.

San Francisco also made Proof Anthony Dollars in these years.

The 1981 coin is the key;  it was available only in Mint Sets, as none were released into circulation.

The 1981 S business strike Anthony Dollar is actually rarer than the 1981 S coin struck as a Proof.

All three coins are in original Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
