This coin is a rare First Day of Issue coin, a City Release coin and a Signature Series coin.  This coin is hand signed by Edmund C. Moy, the 38th Director of the United States Mint. Mr. Moy was appointed by President George W. Bush and held the position from 2006 until 2011. He is considered to be one of the most successful Mint Directors.  The Edmund C. Moy signature adds exclusivity and collectible value to many of the PCGS certified coins he has signed.
